Chinese New Year CelebrationOur school's celebration of Chinese New Year included a Chinese Dragon Dance that performed throughout the school, a play featuring students in grades 4 and 7 that explained the origins of the Chinese New Year's traditional use of the color red and firecrackers, and a delicious lunch of Chinese food from Simsbury's Green Tea restaurant.
