Drama Club 2009 - "St. Mary's Got Talent"
On May 30, 2009, the Drama Club presented a SMS original production written by Peg Mancarella entitled "St. Mary's Got Talent". The production was a creative combination of a play and a talent show. Seventh and eighth grade students were showcased in character roles that set the framework for student performers. The evening's highlights included guitar, saxophone and violin solos, a one act play entitled "Adventures with Nerds", vocal solos, a demonstration of Irish Step dance and a snappy rendition of the comedy classic "Who's On First". From the opening dialogue to the closing bow, it was a fabulous evening. Bravo to the Drama Club!
