2009 Auction Results Announced

2009 Auction Results Announced
The results are in! We would like to thank all those families that attended this year's Auction at the Hop Meadow Country Club on November 7. The evening was a huge success and we are happy to report that we made more than $45,000 in net proceeds! The money will be going toward our Science Lab that will begin construction this summer. "Fund an Item" raised $3100.00 for additional Talcott Mountain Science classes for the elementary grades this academic year. We will update you on those scheduled classes.

Congratulations to all St. Mary's School Families on a job well done!

Believe it or not, we are already preparing for next year's Auction! Yes, you read that correctly! The Auction Co-Chairs are now recruiting for the following positions. The Auction Co-Chairs will do the big stuff, we just need some help with specialty items. So if you're a decorator, photographer, videographer, finder of corporate sponsors, public relations personality, or just a mom or dad that wants to help on this REALLY fun event, then there is a job for you! There is a detailed description for each below.

Thanks so much!
