Complete Choice Vendor List available from GL Scrip & Order FormIn addition to the gift cards available for daily purchase, many other cards are available by special order through Great Lakes Scrip. To view these vendors, click here and then click on "Retailer List" on the left hand side of the screen.
Write down your order using the form available below and send with payment via kidmail to Kristine Griffith, kindness of Taylor, Grade 3. Payment must be included. Checks should be payable to "SMS CHOICE".
Orders and payment may be combined with orders for "in stock" items and this is encouraged when paying by credit card. For kidmail orders, send these in an envelope addressed to "CHOICE" and our volunteers will fill your "in stock" order then place your special order for you.
Special orders are "bundled" together to save on shipping. Orders received by Friday each week will be available by the following Friday.
