On behalf of the Home & School Association Board members, we would like to welcome the many new families that are joining us, as well as our returning families to the 2008-2009 school year. We hope that you have had a restful and enjoyable summer.
The Home & School Association has been working this summer to plan several exciting events. These events not only help fundraise for our children's exceptional education they receive at St. Mary's, but they also create a sense of community so children and parents get to know one another outside the classroom environment. All events and dates are listed on the reverse side of this letter.
You will also find an information brochure that explains what role the Home & School Association plays at St. Mary' School. Included is a complete list of all volunteer opportunities available to parents. We encourage all parents to become involved at whatever role is convenient to their schedule. We are confident, that together we can accomplish our goals outlined in the attached.
