 Emergency Closings
St. Mary's School follows the basic schedule of the Simsbury Public Schools. If school is closed due to inclement weather or for other emergency reasons, announcements will be made on the radio stations listed below, usually beginning at 6:00am.
WTIC-AM 1080, WCCC-AM 1290, WDRC-AM 1360, WKSS-FM 96, WPOP-AM 1410
IF SIMSBURY SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED, ST. MARY'S SCHOOL IS CLOSED.
Parents should make arrangements for children to be cared for in the event of an early closing. When forecasts indicate the possibility of an impending storm, discuss arrangements with your child and send a note to school explaining what you plan to do. Please assume your responsibility in such cases and do not expect school personnel to attend to your child for an extended period of time beyond dismissal. After-school activities, including sports events and evening meetings, are automatically canceled on days when school is closed because of inclement weather.
