Kindergarten - Grade 4
Navy trousers
White dress shirt with long or short sleeves
Plaid tie
Navy, black, or brown belt
Navy or white socks
Navy blue cardigan, sweater vest or v-necked pull-over sweater
Leather shoes with tie, buckle or Velcro in navy, black or brown. No black sneakers, hiking boots, work boots or half-boots
School uniform sweatshirt may be worn with relaxed, formal and physical education uniforms
Formal Uniform for Boys
Worn from November 1*- April vacation
Grades 5-8
Navy trousers
White dress shirt with long or short sleeves.
In grade 8 only, light blue dress shirt with long or short sleeves may be worn in addition to white shirt.
Navy tie
Navy, black, or brown belt
Navy or white socks
Navy blue cardigan, sweater vest or v-necked pull-over sweater
Leather shoes with tie, buckle or Velcro in navy, black or brown. No black sneakers, hiking boots, work boots or half-boots

Plain navy blue hooded sweatshirt (Grades 6-8 only)

School uniform sweatshirt may be worn with relaxed, formal and physical education uniforms

Long or short sleeve white blouse with round or oxford point collar
Navy cardigan sweater, sweater vest or v-necked pull-over sweater
Navy blue or white socks
Navy blue or white tights
Leather shoes with tie, buckle or Velcro in navy, black or brown. No heels of unreasonable height, platforms, clogs or sandals
School uniform sweatshirt may be worn with relaxed, formal and physical education uniforms
Plain navy blue hooded sweatshirt (Grades 6-8 only)
Only SMS logo acceptable
*Grades 7 & 8 only are given an extended opportunity to wear their relaxed uniforms.
