Health Office Information - Meningococcal Disease Information
The Simsbury Public School's Health Services has provided information in regard to meningococcal disease and immunization for this disease. Parents of students in grades 5 and 6 are especially encouraged to review the information available for download, view and/or print below since it is anticipated that meningococcal vaccination will be a requirement for 7th grade school entry beginning in August 2010.
